«The Pons per Styx Gallery» is an author’s gallery founded by Vadim Voinov in 1994 as a part of Museum of nonconformist art supported by The State Russian Museum. The exhibition featuring pieces created in Functiocollage style. Functiocollage differs from standard collage by combining not the appearance, but the meaning of objects. Thus to understand each piece one needs to recognize the objects and the relationship between them. In general the exhibition metaphorically tells the Modern History of Russia.
